These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 889jili platform, including visitors who browse without registering, registered members who hold an active account, and any person accessing any product or service offered under the 889jili brand at the domain 889jili.net or any subdomain thereof.

By continuing to use 889jili after any update or revision to these Terms is published, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms in full. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. 889jili will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders of material changes via in-platform notifications or email, but the absence of such notification does not excuse non-compliance with the updated Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall take precedence in all cases of dispute or ambiguity.

The 889jili platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during continued platform use:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, participation in online casino-style gambling is prohibited for individuals under the age of 21. This is a hard requirement — no exceptions apply.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of 889jili or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be registering on behalf of another person or entity. All accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• You must not currently be subject to self-exclusion on 889jili or any PAGCOR-regulated platform.

To access the full range of 889jili products — including real-money wagering, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus eligibility — you must register a personal account on the platform. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 889jili. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address. Using false or fictitious details constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 889jili login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat.
• KYC Documents: 889jili may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or voter's ID. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
• Account Closure: 889jili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, without prior notice. In cases of fraud, money laundering, or underage play, no balance refund will be issued.

All financial transactions on 889jili are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The platform supports the following payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. The following terms govern all financial activity on your 889jili account:

• Minimum Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the cashier page within your account dashboard. These may vary by payment method and are subject to change.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to accounts that have completed KYC identity verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to channel availability.
• Processing Times: 889jili targets same-business-day processing for most withdrawal requests. Actual crediting times depend on the receiving financial institution and may vary. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically the fastest.

• Declined Transactions: 889jili is not responsible for fees or losses resulting from payment processing failures, declined transactions, or delays caused by third-party payment providers or Philippine banking institutions.

889jili offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and event-specific promotions to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time the offer is made:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's terms. Activating a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the prior bonus.
• Game Weighting: Different game types may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slot wagers typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Applicable weighting is published per promotion.
• Abuse and Exploitation: 889jili reserves the right to withhold or void bonus funds, and to close accounts, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has abused a promotional offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or any strategy designed to exploit bonus terms rather than play in good faith.
• Right to Modify or Withdraw: 889jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring any bonus funds already credited to player accounts in good faith.

889jili offers a range of gaming products including online slots, live casino games, sportsbook betting, bingo, and mines gold. The following terms apply to all gaming activity on the platform:

• Game Rules: Each game on 889jili is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.
• RNG Certification: All non-live games on 889jili use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested to ensure random, fair, and unpredictable outcomes. RNG certification is maintained as a condition of PAGCOR licensing.
• Live Casino: Live casino games use real physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels) operated by human dealers. 889jili does not manipulate live game outcomes. Any technical malfunction during a live game session will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game provider's void/settlement rules.
• Sportsbook: Sports betting markets are subject to their own terms, including settlement rules, void conditions, and in-play betting restrictions. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Only confirmed bets at the stated odds are binding.
• Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting any game, 889jili reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. No winnings may be claimed from a game round that has been determined to be affected by a technical error.

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on the 889jili platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all balances may be forfeited, and the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Creating more than one account on 889jili, or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the platform while under 21 years of age
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of scripting to interact with the platform or game outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or system vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to support immediately
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, dealers, or platform staff
• Using 889jili for any money laundering activity, including structuring deposits or withdrawals to avoid AML thresholds
• Engaging in charge-back fraud, including disputing legitimate deposits with your payment provider while retaining the benefit of funds wagered on the platform
• Attempting to access any part of the 889jili platform infrastructure, databases, or administrative systems without authorization
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 889jili support staff or other platform users

All content available on the 889jili platform — including but not limited to the website design, user interface, graphics, logos, trademarks, game assets, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of 889jili or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 889jili platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or redistributing any platform content
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any platform software
• Using 889jili trademarks, logos, or brand assets without written permission
• Creating derivative works based on 889jili content

Any unauthorized use of 889jili intellectual property will be pursued through the appropriate legal channels.

To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, 889jili's liability to any player is limited as follows:

• Service Availability: 889jili does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party service outages may affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize downtime but accept no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability.
• Gambling Losses: 889jili is not liable for any financial losses you incur as a result of wagering on the platform. Gambling involves inherent risk, and you participate entirely at your own discretion and risk.
• Third-Party Providers: 889jili hosts games from third-party game providers. While we vet these providers carefully, we are not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or content issues originating from third-party game software.
• Maximum Liability Cap: Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, 889jili's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of the player's account balance at the time of the incident.

889jili collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside this document. Key data practices include:

889jili is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. We take our obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously, and we provide a range of tools to help players manage their activity on the platform.

Your continued use of the 889jili platform after any revision is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and request account closure through our support team.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. 889jili operates under the licensing and regulatory oversight of PAGCOR — the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation — and is subject to all applicable Philippine gaming laws, anti-money laundering regulations, and data protection requirements.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts. Players also have the right to escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
